We may experience challenges reappearing that seem

to be similar to the ones we faced in the past. It is not

unusual to have those reappearing situations yet it can

be frustrating and unresourcesful in focus of time and energy. Many of us have just accepted the fact and

continue to be enslaved with a belief and habit that slows

our progress in career and life/relationships.

The good news is that there are resources available

that will change your experience and the level of resources you may offer others.

A good friend of mine shared an interesting story with

me which was an analogy of cause. He owns a company

called The Conversation People. [Michael Carrigan]

"While sitting in a restaurant ordering lunch the server

brought him a glass of water before ordering. He noticed

that the water was dirty so he asked for another glass of CLEAN water. His server returned with clean water and Michael noticed that the server poured the old water out

and poured new water in the glass. He could see the

server at the water stations. Well, when looking at the water it was still dirty. Then Michael noticed that it wasn't the water at all it was the glass." The content [water] was clean, it was the glass [context] that was dirty. Our beliefs and habits may be considered the glass [context] and how we demonstrate in life may be consider the water [content]. We may need an examination of our glass.
