The Program
1. The Coaching time frame
a. Measurable results normally happen quickly.
i. We recommend a minimum of 3 months with additional conferences as an option.
b.There are Three [1 hour] conferences a month, a total of 9 hours per three month coaching engagement
c.Email support is important and included as an additional resource.
d.We also offer Emergency laser coaching by telephone between conference calls.
i.The Laser calls normally last 10-15 min.
e.When teams are involved an additional I hour group conference call dealing with company challenges and resolution strategies can be scheduled each month.
2. Our Fees
a.Our standard fee for each participant the first month is $1,095 and $975 each month thereafter.
b.Team coaching includes 3 individual sessions per member and one group session each month. The fee for each team member per month is $1,200.
